Here I’m going to explain, how to make Jamun by Semolina ….

Jamun is a popular Indian dessert… Its very easy-to-make...Very very yummy dessert…

This dish consists of Semolina, milk, milk powder, Ghee. All these ingredients to make balls, fry in the oil and soaked in sugar syrup…At last Garnished with dried nuts...

Jamun is popular in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh….

Here, I explained the recipe step by step with picturisation, also I attached video version
for your reference,
So this will very useful to make perfect  Jamuns at home…..

This is a delicious dessert to make on any busy time.
For all festivals jamun is essential one of the sweets…  


Start the process…..


SEMOLINA JAMUN RECIPE /VERY YUMMY / EASY TO MAKE






Ingredients:

Semolina(Ravai/Suji)                -        1Cup,
Milk                                           -        1½Cup,
Milk Powder                              -        ½ Cup,
Sugar                                         -        1Cup,
Water                                         -        1Cup,
Ghee                                          -        4tsp,
Cashews(finely chopped)                 ¼ Cup.


Instructions to Prepare

Prepare the Jamun balls;
  1. Switch on the stove…
  2. Take Pan add 2spoon ghee, then add 1cup Semolina and mix it well...
  3. Add 1½ cup Milk little by little, and mix it well…
  4. Now add ½ cup milk powder and mix it well…
  5. The dough is ready, set aside…

Prepare the Sugar syrup;
  1. Take pan add 1cup sugar, then add 1cup water and mix it well...
  2. Bring it to boil for 5 mins…
  3. Sugar syrup is ready…set aside(make it cool)
  4. Switch off the stove.

Fry the Jamun Balls;

  1. Knead the dough, Make it ball and slightly press it at the top…
  2. Put the balls in high heat oil…. Flip it…
  3. Reduce the oil heat…fry two sides of  the ball few more mins…
  4. Now the Jamun balls are Ready….

Prepare the Jamun;

  1. Immurse the Jamun balls in sugar syrup….
  2. leave it for 1 to 2 hours…
  3. Now, jamuns are spongy and juicy…
  4. decorate with nuts and serve it…..


PICTURISATION:


Take pan, add two spoon Ghee…








 Add Semolina and mix it…







Add 1½ cup boiled Milk…






Add Milk little by little and mix it well…






Add ½ cup Milk Powder …







Mix it well …







 Transfer the Dough, and set aside….







Take pan add 1Cup Sugar….







Add 1 cup Water and mix it….







Boil it 5mins….sugar syrup is ready now







Take little Dough and make it ball shape….







Press it at the top, and make it little flat….







 Now its ready to fry….







 Heat the oil on high heat…add the balls…flip it immediately….







 Now fry both sides 2-3 mins on medium heat…







 Take out the Fried jamun balls…







Take Sugar syrup pan…







 Immurse the fried jamun balls…






 Now Serve the Jamuns, decorated with nuts…
